My Farmland Private Limited

You can find us over in Pashan, Pune. We are in Flat No. 10 of Building F at the Shri Swami Samartha complex on Sus Road. It’s a pretty decent area, a bit away from the main chaos of the city center. We started My Farmland Private Limited because we saw how much people were struggling with managing their land. We aren't some big real estate firm with a bunch of agents in suits. It’s just a few of us in a regular apartment office. We spend our days looking at maps, talking to folks about their plots, and figuring out what’s best for the soil. Sometimes we’re out in the sun all day checking on properties, and other days we’re stuck inside doing the boring paperwork. It’s not always exciting, but it’s real. We don't use any fancy talk or try to pressure people into anything. We just tell it like it is. If a piece of land has issues, we say so. Pune is growing so fast that everyone is in a hurry, but we try to take our time to get things right. Our office is a bit cluttered with files and coffee mugs, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign out front. We’re just local people who know about land and want to help others figure it out without too much fuss.
