It suits us fine because it’s quiet enough to get things done without being bothered. We’ve got a small team here. Most of our day is spent at desks, dealing with whatever comes up in the records. Pune traffic is always a topic of conversation in the mornings, especially getting out toward Shivane when the roads get narrow. The building itself is simple, and we try to keep our workspace tidy, though files do tend to pile up on the corners of desks sometimes. We don’t really do the whole marketing thing or go out looking for attention. We just provide what’s needed and keep our heads down. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but once you’re here, it’s a good environment to focus.
