Our office, Mvlconsulting Pvt Ltd, is located in Kothrud. Specifically, we are in the Ashirwad Apartments at D 4. If you know the area, we are right across from Rehul Nagar. It is a familiar spot for anyone living in Pune 29. The building itself is pretty standard for the neighborhood. We have Sno 9 as part of our location details. Being in Kothrud means there is usually a lot of activity outside. We spend our days inside D 4 getting things done. It’s a decent place to work from. There is nothing too complicated about our setup. We just have our desks and whatever we need to handle the daily tasks. We chose Ashirwad Apartments because it's a recognizable landmark around here. People usually don’t have much trouble finding us if they know where Rahul Nagar is. The rooms are okay, and the light is good enough during the day. We see the neighbors and other folks living in the apartments when we walk in. It feels more like a community than a sterile business park. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a bit and it suits us well. Some of the staff live nearby, so the commute isn’t too bad. We keep our space tidy and just get on with our work without making a big fuss about it. It’s a plain, honest workspace for a small team. We don't have fancy coffee machines. We just drink what we bring or get something from the corner shop. It's the kind of place where you can actually get work done.
