We operate Mv Consultants out of B1 Flat No 302 in the Karmayog Housing Complex. It’s right opposite the Dr Beak Company in Pimpri, Pune. Working from a housing complex gives our office a very different feeling than being in a commercial tower. It’s more relaxed, and we know the security guards and the people living in the other wings. We use the space in flat 302 to meet with people who need our consulting services. Since it’s a residential area, it’s mostly quiet, except for the occasional sounds from the street or the neighbors. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and some chairs for when visitors come by. Pimpri is a big industrial and residential hub, so there is always a lot going on nearby. We spend our time researching, writing reports, and talking through problems with our clients. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know our way around the local business landscape. We try to keep things simple and talk to people in plain language. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to for a meeting outside. We usually have the balcony door open for some fresh air while we work. It’s a comfortable setup that allows us to focus on the details of our consulting work without too many distractions. We’ve been in this complex for a while and it suits our way of doing things just fine.
