Muttha Lahoti Chartered Accountants

We are a firm of chartered accountants located in Junnar, which is in the Pune district. Our office is right near the temple area, which is a very central spot in this town. Being CAs in a place like Junnar means we work with a lot of different people, from local shopkeepers to the folks involved in the agriculture business around here. The pincode is 411006, but we are well away from the main Pune city center. It’s a different vibe out here in the taluka. We spend most of our time looking at tax forms, audit reports, and balance sheets. It’s quiet work, but it’s important for the local economy. Sometimes people come in from the nearby villages with their bags full of receipts, and we have to sit and sort through everything. Our office isn't like those high-rise buildings in Mumbai or Pune city. It's a practical space where we can focus. We don't use much fancy software other than what's needed for the government filings. Most of the people who work here grew up in this area, so we know the local problems and how the seasons affect the businesses around us. It’s a steady life. We open up the office early, have our tea, and get to work on the piles of paper on our desks. It’s about as real as it gets.
