Multinational Recruitment Firm

We are a Multinational Recruitment Firm based right here in Pune. Even though the name sounds big and wide-reaching, our office is just a group of regular people working hard every day. We spend most of our time at our desks in Pune, looking through applications and calling up candidates to see if they’re a good fit for the roles we have. The office is usually buzzing with the sound of phones ringing and people chatting about different job openings. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't go in for fancy titles or corporate jargon much; we just prefer to get straight to the point. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. We’ve been working in the Pune area for a long time, so we know the local job market pretty well. We aren't a massive, faceless corporation, just a local team that happens to handle recruitment on a larger scale. We try to keep things honest and grounded. It’s just about connecting people with work that needs doing. We take our breaks together and talk about things other than work sometimes just to keep our sanity. It’s a decent place to work where we all just try to do our best. Every placement feels like a small win for the whole team here.
