We work out of a flat in Hermes Heritage over in Shastrinagar. It's a quiet area in Pune, which is nice because it lets us focus on the files we have to go through. Msa Placement started because we wanted to help people in the neighborhood and beyond find decent jobs. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It's just a regular office space in D3, Flat No. 4. People usually call us first and then come over for a chat about their careers. We deal with all sorts of companies and candidates every day. Some days are slow, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. We try to be sensible about things. We aren't going to promise someone a job they aren't right for. We just look at the skills and see where they might go. It's pretty basic. We’ve got a couple of computers and a lot of filing cabinets. The Phase 2 area of the building is easy to find if you're coming from the main road. We like being in Shastrinagar because it feels like a community. We’ve seen the job market change a lot over the years, and we just try to keep up with it as best as we can. We aren't consultants who wear expensive suits and talk in circles. We just sit down, look at what you need, and try to find a match. It’s just how we do things here in Pune and we hope it stays that way for a while.
