Ms Chandan Real Infrastructure

Ms Chandan Real Infrastructure is based in Shop No 2 at 535 Shaniwar Peth. We are located in the Radha Krishna Apartment. Shaniwar Peth is one of those old parts of the city where the lanes are narrow and things have a lot of history. Our office is small and usually filled with maps, property documents, and blueprints. We deal with various infrastructure and real estate matters. It involves a lot of meetings with different people, from government clerks to laborers. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever because of all the rules and regulations you have to follow. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of the time we are just trying to get permits or checking on how a construction site is progressing. We have a few chairs for visitors, but it often feels a bit crowded when more than two people are here. The area outside is always busy with scooters and people walking. We don't spend much on advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. It's a lot of talking on the phone and trying to solve problems that pop up on-site. Sometimes the weather stops the work, or we run into issues with old plumbing in the area. We just take it one day at a time and try to get the projects finished. It's slow work but it's what we do here.
