Working out of a flat instead of a traditional office building makes things feel a bit more relaxed. We have our workspace set up in a couple of the rooms, and it’s a very practical environment. Pune is a city that is always growing, and Kothrud is one of those areas that always feels busy. You can hear the buses and the traffic from Paud Road quite clearly sometimes, but you get used to it after a while. We don't have any expensive office furniture or fancy art on the walls. It is just a place where we sit down and get the work done for Mr Amar Ghattargi. We don't really care for all that corporate talk or trying to sound more sophisticated than we are. We are just regular people who have a job to do, and this flat in Indira Shankar Nagari is where we do it. It’s simple, a little bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of files, but it’s our space and it works.
