Mphasis Customer Care

We are located at P Block in Dhanraj Park. Our office is Flat Number 17 on the third floor, over near Kalewadi Phata in Pune. It is not a big commercial building, just a regular place where we set up our desks and phones. We handle customer care tasks all day long. The area can get quite busy with traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the calls. We have several people working here in shifts. It gets a bit crowded when the next group arrives before the first one leaves. We have some old computers and headsets that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we need. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. The lift in the building is sometimes a bit moody, so some of us just take the stairs to the third floor. It’s good exercise, I guess. We don't have any big signs or fancy reception desks. You just walk in and see us working. We’ve been in this flat for a couple of years now and it suits us. The landlord is okay, and the neighbors don't mind us much since we are mostly just talking on phones. We try to keep things organized with folders and notebooks, but it can get messy during a busy week. It’s just a normal office where we do our bit every day without any fuss or fancy corporate stuff.
