Mphasis An Eds Company

We are located at Desai Niwas, Plot No 23 in Sector No 2 of Indrayani Nagar. This is in the Bhosari area of Pune 411026. Mphasis An Eds Company operates out of this space, which is basically part of the Desai family property. It’s a very local feel here. Bhosari is an industrial hub, so there is always a lot of movement and noise from the nearby factories and workshops. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that. We focus on technical support and digital tasks. It’s a simple room with several workstations and a lot of tangled wires that we try our best to keep organized. We don't have a HR department on-site or a fancy cafeteria. We usually just bring our dabbas from home and eat together at the main table. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps the heat out fairly well. Dealing with the technical side of an Eds company means we are often busy with data and servers. We don't use much marketing talk because we don't really need to. People who need us know where we are. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is closed up properly before we head home for the day. Sometimes the water delivery is late, but we just deal with it.
