We are out in the MIDC area of Ranjangaon, specifically at Plot No D-41. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by a lot of other manufacturing plants. Motion Technology International Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while now. The space is quite large because we need the room for the machines and the storage. It is a bit of a drive from the city, but it is where the work happens. Every morning the shutters go up and the machines start humming. We have a team of technicians and floor workers who keep things running. It is not always quiet, and it can get quite hot in the summer months. We handle a lot of technical parts and engineering tasks. It is the kind of job where your hands get dirty and you spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or digital readouts. We do not really have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on the orders we have. When someone needs a specific part or a technical fix, they give us a call or stop by the plot. The industrial area is pretty organized, but there is always something going on, like a truck blocking the way or a new pipe being laid. We just work around it. It is a steady pace here, and we try to stay on top of the schedule so that everything gets shipped out.
