Mosaic

Mosaic is based out of Pune, specifically in the Kondhwa area. Our office is located at Flat No. 2 in the Vijay Park building on NIBM Road. It’s a well-known road, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. We’ve been here for a good while. The space is simple, just a regular flat converted into our workspace. It feels a bit like home, which is nice when you’re working long hours. We don't go in for all those fancy business buzzwords. We just do our daily work and try to stay organized. NIBM Road can get quite crowded, but once you’re inside Vijay Park, it’s quiet enough to get things done. We have a small team here. We handle our own stuff without a lot of fuss. There’s no big corporate ladder to climb here. We just work together and talk to people honestly. Some days are a bit of a scramble, and other days are more relaxed. That’s just the nature of what we do. We like being in Kondhwa because everything we need is close by. We don't try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just a local business doing what we can. If you ever stop by, it’s just us and our desks. That’s the reality of it. We just keep moving forward.
