Moodita Farmers Producer Company Limited is based out of Wadgaonsheri in Pune. We are specifically at Sno 52/3 in Galande Nagar, working from the space provided by Bhaigaud Siddling Sadashiv. Being in a place like Pune, things move fast, but our focus stays on the farming side of things. It’s a group of us who came together to handle how our produce gets managed. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular building where we keep our records and meet up to talk about the next steps for the crops. Sometimes the traffic in Wadgaonsheri makes it a bit of a trek to get here, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the agriculture. We deal with various farmers from the surrounding regions who need a central place to coordinate their efforts. It’s hard work and the days are long, especially when it’s harvest time. We don’t really have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just sit around the table, look at the numbers, and figure out how to get things moved. It feels more like a community project than a standard company most of the time.
