We are Montys Cakes & Classes (Opc) Private. You can find us at Sr. No. 205/5, right near Jai Maharashtra Chowk on Alandi Road. We’re based in Bhosari, Pune, in the 411039 area. It’s a busy part of town near the chowk. We do two things mainly: we make cakes and we teach people how to make them too. It’s a bit of a dual life. One half of the day we’re baking, and the other half we’re cleaning up after a class. Flour and sugar get everywhere, especially when there are students involved. It’s not a fancy studio; it’s just our workspace at Sr. No. 205/5. We call ourselves Montys Cakes & Classes because that’s exactly what we do. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. Sometimes the classes are loud and chaotic, but that’s the fun part. Bhosari is a good place to be, and Alandi Road always has something going on. We spend a lot of time prepping ingredients and setting up tables. It’s practical, hands-on work. We don’t have a corporate office or a big staff. It’s just us here at Jai Maharashtra Chowk. We like the routine of it all. Making cakes is one thing, but seeing other people learn it is another. We just keep doing what we do every day. Sometimes we stay late to get everything ready for the next morning, but that is just part of the job.
