Our office for Monster.Com India Pvt. Ltd. is in a residential complex called Shraddha Garden. We are in Building No.13, specifically Flat No.30. It’s in Gawade Park, which is in the Chinchwad area of Pune-411033. Most people think of a big corporate office when they hear the name, but this branch is quite different. It feels more like a home that has been turned into a workspace. We have desks set up in the rooms where we handle all the job portal stuff. We look at resumes and talk to employers all day long. The view of the garden outside is nice when we get a minute to look. It’s a lot of computer work, and the phones are always ringing. We have a small kitchen area where we make lunch. It’s a very quiet neighborhood, which is good for focusing. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. We are just a group of people trying to connect job seekers with the right companies. We don't have a big fancy reception desk. It’s just us and our equipment. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s a very practical, everyday kind of atmosphere. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office.
