Monster.Com India Private Limited. Pune

This is the Pune setup for Monster.Com India. We’re located in Bibewadi, specifically in the Om Abhishek Co-operative Housing Society. It’s unit C-504. Being in a residential society means it’s pretty quiet most of the time, which is good for focusing. Most people expect a big glass office for a name like this, but we are just in this apartment. It’s a fifth-floor spot. The society is well-maintained, though the lift can be a bit slow when everyone is coming home from school or work. Inside C-504, we have our desks and some basic equipment. It’s not a place with a cafeteria or a gym. We bring our own lunch boxes and eat together in the small kitchen area. The view from the balcony is mostly other buildings and some trees. We spend our days looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. It’s a simple routine. Sometimes we have meetings where we just sit around the living room area because it’s more comfortable than the desks. Bibewadi is a good area, not as crazy as the city center but still has everything we need nearby. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighbors don't seem to mind us. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs from a flat in Pune. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't.
