Mokate Associates

At Mokate Associates, we’re located in Kothrud over in the Azadnagar area. Specifically, we are at 163 1 A 2, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you’re giving directions over the phone. Kothrud has changed a lot lately, but our little corner still feels like the old days. The office is pretty simple and doesn't have any of those modern glass partitions or bright lights. We have some wooden chairs that are a bit hard on the back if you sit too long, and the desk is covered in sticky notes because we keep forgetting things if we don't write them down immediately. The room is quiet for the most part, except for when the neighbors are moving furniture or the kids are playing in the lane outside. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small nameplate so people know they’ve found the right door. It’s a bit cramped when more than two people are in here at once, but we make it work. Most days are just spent replying to messages and checking through the ledgers we keep on the shelf. We like being in this part of town because it’s close to everything but still feels like a neighborhood. It’s an honest place where we just do our work and go home when the sun sets. No fuss, just a normal office routine for us that keeps everything ticking along.
