Modtech

Modtech is located over in the Katraj area, specifically tucked away behind the Bharti Vidyapeeth campus. Being so close to a big college means there is always a lot of movement and young students walking around the lanes at all hours. We are situated at D/20 in the Budhwar Peth part of the neighborhood, which can be a little bit confusing for people who are not familiar with how the streets twist and turn around here. It is a very practical, plain workspace where we deal with technical things and equipment. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees or a fancy reception desk. We are just a small group of people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of this busy city. The office is usually filled with the steady hum of computers or some machines running in the back room. We do not have a big neon sign or a lobby with sofas. Mostly, people find us because they were told to come here by a friend or they happen to live in the Katraj neighborhood. The area has changed a lot since we first set up our shop, with more buildings coming up and the traffic getting much heavier on the main roads. Inside our own walls, though, things stay pretty much the same every day. We focus on the tasks we have and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit messy with paperwork. It is just a regular business trying to stay steady.
