Our company, Modolon Polymers India Pvt Ltd, is based in Lullanagar at E 727. Even though the name sounds a bit official, we are just a group of people working with polymer materials. It’s a lot of technical stuff, but we try to keep it simple. We spend our days looking at batches and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office and the workspace are combined here, so it can get a bit loud. Lullanagar is a nice area, and being at E 727 makes it easy for our regulars to find us. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or long-term contacts we’ve made over the years. We’ve had some ups and downs like any business, but we are still here. We aren't trying to sound like a giant multinational. We are just a local operation that knows its way around polymers. We handle the orders as they come in and try to be fair with everyone. Sometimes we are a bit behind on our paperwork because we’re busy with the actual product. That's just how it goes sometimes. We like what we do, even if we don't talk about it in a fancy way. It’s just us, working hard every day at our spot. We have a small kettle for tea and we take turns making it. We don't have many meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It works fine for us. It is a quiet but steady life.
