Modern Survey Consultancy

We are located out in Lohegaon at spots 24 and 25. It’s a bit of an open area, which is good for what we do at Modern Survey Consultancy. We spend more time outside with our tripods and measuring tools than we do inside the office. The office itself is pretty basic—just some tables, a few computers, and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We usually have some mud on our boots from being out in the fields. Lohegaon has been changing a lot lately with new buildings going up everywhere. We are right in the middle of it. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get the work done, so we end up sitting in the office drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who know how to read the land. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the measurements and draw the lines. Sometimes the equipment needs recalibrating, which takes up a whole afternoon. We like being out here because it's less crowded than the main city. It’s a quiet kind of work most days. We just keep our heads down and get the surveying finished for whoever needs it.
