Mod

Mod is located out in the Mohammadwadi area of Pune. We have an office in the Vasundhara building, which is part of the Nyati Gardens complex. We are in Flat 404. Mohammadwadi is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the center of Pune, but it is much quieter out here. The air feels a little better and there isn’t as much honking. Nyati Gardens is a big residential society, so the building is surrounded by trees and gardens. It makes for a nice, calm place to get work done. Our office is just a regular flat that we use for business. It has a kitchen and a bathroom like any other apartment, but we have turned the main rooms into workspaces. We have our computers set up and we spend most of the day here. It is a low-key environment. We don’t have people coming in and out all the time, so it stays fairly peaceful. Sometimes we take a break and look out at the gardens from the balcony. It is a simple way to work, away from the main rush of the city. We just handle our business, keep things organized, and enjoy the quiet surroundings. It is a good spot for us and we’ve made it our own over the years.
