Mithi Consultants, Pune

Mithi Consultants is based in C-33, Shirole Park, which is right on Senapati Bapat Road here in Pune. If you’ve ever driven down SB Road, you know how packed it gets with cars and students from the nearby colleges. Our office is a bit of a refuge from all that noise outside. We’ve been in this 411016 area for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside the office, it’s pretty straightforward. We do consulting work, which mostly means a lot of talking, reading through documents, and trying to solve problems for the people who hire us. Shirole Park is a nice little spot, and having the office here makes it easy for folks to drop by, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We don't have any big slogans or flashy posters on the walls. It’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Our team is small, and we’ve all been working together long enough that we don't need to explain much to each other. We just show up, drink our tea, and get to work. It’s a steady kind of life. We like being on Senapati Bapat Road because everything we need is right there. It feels like we are in the middle of everything that happens in Pune, which keeps the day interesting even when the work itself is repetitive. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to notice.
