You can find us at MITCON Consultancy Services Ltd on the first floor of Kubera Chambers. We are right in the heart of Shivaji Nagar, which means it’s almost always loud outside with the buses and people walking by. Being on the first floor is quite handy because we don’t have to wait for the slow elevator most of the time. The office is usually full of thick folders and various maps because that’s the kind of consultancy work we do every day. It’s not a very quiet place to work, but it feels like things are always moving forward. We have a few desks squeezed in together and a small area where we sit down with people to go over their specific plans. It’s a bit of an older building, but Kubera Chambers has a lot of character that we’ve grown to like. We enjoy the busy energy of Shivaji Nagar. Sometimes the heavy rain makes a lot of noise on the windows during the monsoon, but we just keep working through it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or modern art. It’s just a practical place where we get the thinking and calculating done. Most of the staff has been working here for years, so we all know each other’s lunch habits. We drink a lot of tea to keep going and try to stay on top of the pile of paperwork that comes in every morning.
