We are located at C 301 in the Ruturang Society, which sits on Aranyeshwar Road in Pune. It’s a residential area, so the vibe around the office is a lot quieter than the main city center. Even though the name says Mit School of Business, this specific spot is where we handle a lot of the administrative and back-end tasks that keep things moving. The office itself is just a regular apartment converted into a workspace, so it has a very lived-in feel to it. There are bookshelves lining the walls and plenty of folders piled up on the desks. We spend a lot of our time sorting through student records or planning out the next set of schedules. It is a bit of a commute for some of us, but the area is nice enough that nobody really complains much. We have a small balcony where we keep a few plants, though they haven't been doing great lately because we forget to water them. The kitchen area is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea and coffee to get through the afternoon slump. It’s a very practical environment where we focus on the details and try to stay organized amidst all the paperwork. We aren't into fancy office gadgets; we just use what works and keep the focus on the daily chores and getting the administration work done for the school.
