Mind Select Consultants is located in Pune, specifically in Dapodi. We have a small space at Flat No: B1 in Ganesh Corner. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you know the neighborhood. We focus on finding the right people for different jobs, which means we spend a lot of time talking. Some days the office is very quiet, and other days everyone is talking at once on their phones. It’s a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is working on. The office has a few desks and chairs, nothing too fancy or modern. We just need a place to sit and work, and this fits the bill. Being in Dapodi is convenient for us, even if the traffic gets a bit heavy in the evenings. We’ve had quite a few people stop by over the years looking for advice on their next career move. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s just honest work, really. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just rely on doing the work properly. If the fan is clicking, it usually means it needs a bit of oil, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. That's just how things are in a small local office. We just keep moving forward and doing what we can for the people who reach out. It’s a simple life.
