Mgbp Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of House No 768 in Khalwadinilajgaon. It is basically a group of us who live and work around here. We decided to put this together because farming alone is getting tougher every year. Our office is just a regular house, nothing special to look at. We spend our days talking to the other farmers in the area about what they are growing and what they need. It is a small setup, but it works for us. Living in Khalwadinilajgaon means we all know each other anyway. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the crops and how to get them moved. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should, or the prices aren't great, so we talk about that too. It’s practical work. We are just trying to keep the local farming going. Most of us grew up here and have been in the fields since we were kids. This company is just a way to organize things better for everyone involved. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and see what needs doing next. It's honest work and we take it one day at a time. It’s not a big corporate thing, just local people helping each other out with the day-to-day farming life and trying to make things work.
