Metro Garments

We are located in the Herambh Complex over in the Katraj area of Pune. It’s right by Bharti Vidya Pith, so there are always a lot of students and young people moving around outside. Metro Garments is a busy little spot. We have been in this complex for a while, and it’s become like a second home to us. The room is filled with the sound of sewing machines and people talking over each other. It’s not a quiet office environment by any means. We have piles of cloth in different colors sitting in the corners. Our desks are covered in measuring tapes and chalk. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside gets so loud we have to shout. That’s just life in Katraj. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just make garments. Most of our day is spent checking the stitching or talking to suppliers. We like the energy of the complex. There’s a small tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We focus on getting the work done and making sure the bundles are ready for pickup. It's a humble setup, but it works for us and the people who know us.
