Merittrac

Merittrac is located over at Plot No 46 in Balkrishna Society. This is in the Dhankawadi area of Pune, right near Bharati Vidyapeth. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood because of all the students nearby. Our office is in a residential society, so it feels quite local and grounded. We walk in every morning and the first thing we do is open up the windows to get some air. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the team to sit and handle the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people who come by. The society is generally quiet, which helps when we have a lot of work to get through. Sometimes we go out to the small shops around the corner for a quick snack or some tea. Living and working in Pune has its own pace, and we definitely feel that here. We aren't trying to be some big fancy firm, just Merittrac doing the job from a simple office. The address is easy to find once you know the landmark of the university. We have a few desks, some old cupboards for files, and the usual office stuff. It’s a bit lived-in, but that’s how we like it. Most of the people around here are families or students, so it’s a friendly vibe. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work at hand.
