Our Pune branch is located in Old Sangavi, over in the Sangamnagar area. We are based in the Siddhivinayak Complex, specifically in Flat No. 11 of the B Wing. It’s a typical Pune apartment complex, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office at all. We are Merittrac Services, and our days are usually filled with coordinating various assessments and services. The complex is a busy place with neighbors going about their lives, and we are just another part of that daily rhythm. Old Sangavi has its own charm, with small shops and local eateries just a short walk away. Inside our office, there is a lot of coordination happening over the phone and on our computers. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a lot going on, but we manage to make it work. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on getting the job done rather than how the office looks. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the local sounds and the way the sun hits the balcony in the late afternoon. It’s a decent place to work and we just keep things moving without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
