We are based out of a flat in Mantri Niketan, which is in the Dapodi area of Pune. Specifically, we are in Flat 6A of the E Wing. It's more of a residential setting than a big commercial tower, which gives it a different feel. Mr. V. S. Dhumal is the one who handles things here. We deal with various services, mostly centered around assessments and similar tasks. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the center of the city. Sometimes it feels like we are just working from home, but it’s a proper office setup inside. We have our computers and files spread out across the rooms. Getting to Dapodi can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the local lanes, but once you find Mantri Niketan, it’s easy. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist sitting at a desk. Usually, it's just a couple of us working through the backlog of work. We handle a lot of data and service requests every week. The pace isn't as crazy as a downtown office, which is nice. We just stick to our schedule and try to get everything finished by the end of the day. It’s a practical way to run a service business without the high costs of a fancy office. We like the local vibe of Dapodi.
