Class Of Chemistry

Class Of Chemistry is situated on the 2nd floor of Bhansali Chamber. This building is right where Navi Peth and Sadashiv Peth meet. A good landmark is the Hotel Janjira near Ganjve Chowk. We are very close to that. Being on the second floor means we have to walk up the stairs every day, which is good exercise I suppose. The building is a commercial one, so there are other offices around us. You can often smell the food cooking from Hotel Janjira when the wind blows the right way, especially during the lunch hours. It makes us quite hungry. The space inside is dedicated to our work. We have benches and desks laid out. The floor is plain. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just the necessary things for a class. Ganjve Chowk is a very busy intersection. There is always the sound of rickshaws and buses shifting gears. It can be a bit loud if the windows are open, but we have gotten used to it over the years. Bhansali Chamber is a solid building. It has been here for quite some time. We like the location because it is central and easy for people to reach from different parts of Pune. It is a very functional, everyday kind of place for us to be. We just open up the shutters, do our thing, and close for the day when the work is finally finished in the evening.
