If you know Pune, you know Koregaon Park is a busy spot. We are over at Sukhwani Apartments, in A2. Kayem Knowledge Solutions has been operating from this flat for a good bit of time. It's not like those big glass offices you see in the IT parks. We like it here because it feels more like a home. The stairs can be a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. Inside, it's mostly desks and computers. We spend our time working through different solutions and data. It gets noisy with everyone talking at once. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when we can. There are plenty of places to grab chai nearby, which is a plus for us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive chairs. We just use what works for us. The team is small, so we all know each other's business. It makes the day go faster. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project, and other times we leave right on the dot. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do right by the work we take on. Being in Sukhwani Apartments means we are right in the middle of things. It's a decent place to be. We just keep doing what we do every day without too much fuss.
