Our office is tucked away in Prathamesh Park, specifically at 150-7, Jaideep. It’s on the Baner-Balewadi Road here in Pune. It’s a decent area, though the traffic has picked up a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. Knowledge City Education Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves. We spend our days mostly working on education-related projects. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and planning things out. The building, Jaideep, is easy enough to find once you are in the park. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and computers. It’s a quiet enough place most of the time, which helps us focus. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are a small group trying to make things work. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay sharp. Sometimes we stay late when there is a big deadline. The weather in Pune is usually nice, so we keep the windows open when it isn’t too dusty. We don’t really have a formal way of doing things. We just talk to each other and get the job done. It feels more like a small family than a strict company. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us mid-discussion about some new project. We’ve been here for a bit now and like the neighborhood. It’s a good spot for us to be based and we like it here.
