We are tucked away in Narayan Peth at 436/A/2. Mendjogi Classes isn't hard to find if you know the area well, but for some, it takes a minute to spot the entrance. The building has been here a long time, and you can tell by the way the stairs creak a little. We like it here in Narayan Peth because it feels like the heart of the old city. At 436/A/2, we spend our mornings getting materials ready and our afternoons helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, but we make it work. There’s no big sign or flashing lights, just a simple place where people come to study. We’ve had all sorts of people come through Mendjogi Classes over the years. Some stay for a long time, others just a few weeks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual classes to worry about that. It’s just how things go. You get used to the rhythm of the street outside and the quiet inside the room. Narayan Peth is a great spot to be, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We just focus on the work at hand and try to be helpful to those who come to us. It's a straightforward life here at 436/A/2. We just keep things moving and don't worry about being polished.
