Mehar Agribusiness & Nursery

Mehar Agribusiness & Nursery is based out of Sadashiv Peth. You can find us at number 648, right near the 4th Cross in the 4th Block. It’s a bit of a green spot in a busy area. We spend most of our time outside or in the shed with the plants. There’s always something that needs watering or a pot that needs moving. It’s not a shiny shop with air conditioning. It’s dusty and earthy, exactly how a nursery should be. We’ve got all kinds of things growing here, depending on the season. People come by asking for advice on their gardens or just looking for something new to plant. We like talking to the neighbors and the regulars who’ve been coming to us for years. Sadashiv Peth is a great neighborhood with a lot of history. Being on the 4th Cross means we get a decent amount of foot traffic but it’s still quiet enough to hear the birds sometimes. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who don’t mind getting our hands in the dirt. We take things one day at a time. If the weather is good, we’re happy. If it’s raining, we just move things under the roof and keep going. It’s a simple way to make a living and we wouldn’t change it for a desk job.
