Megha Automats

We are over in Bhosari, at B/11. It is an industrial area, so it is all about manufacturing and factories around here. We work with automatic machines and specialized parts. The workshop is usually full of the sound of metal being cut or shaped. It is a pretty big space with high ceilings, which is a good thing because it gets very hot in the afternoons. We have some heavy machinery of our own to make the parts people need. Bhosari is a place where things get built, and we are just one small part of that. We do not have a fancy front office or a receptionist. Most people just walk straight into the workshop to find us. There is blue ink and metal shavings on most surfaces, and our hands are rarely clean. We spend our time looking at blueprints or adjusting the settings on the automats. It is precision work, even if the place looks a bit rugged and dusty. We have been here for a while now, and we know most of the other shop owners on this block. We often take our lunch together and talk about the cost of materials or the latest power cuts. It is a practical life, nothing too exciting. We just focus on the dimensions and the finish of every metal piece. If the machine is running well, it is a good day. That is how it goes at B/11. We just keep our heads down and get the orders finished as they come in. There is no point in rushing if the work isn't done right, so we just take our time and do it steady.
