Megamart Arvind Mills

We are located out in Dapodi, specifically at Survey Number 20 3 in Ganesnagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center of Pune, but it’s a large area which gives us plenty of room. Being part of the Arvind Mills setup here means there is always a lot of activity going on. We have a lot of space to move things around, though it can get pretty hot under the roof during the summer months. The fans are always going, but they don't do much when the temperature really climbs. Most of the staff here has been with us for a while, so we all know how things work. It’s a lot of physical work, moving stock and keeping things organized on the floor. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls; it's a warehouse-style environment where things get dusty pretty fast. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. There’s a small place nearby where we get our tea and snacks during the break. It’s a simple routine. We check the shipments, sort through the items, and make sure everything is in its place. Pune has grown a lot, and Dapodi has changed with it, but we just keep doing our thing every day. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us on our toes and the day goes by quickly. We usually finish up when the sun starts going down and the air cools off a bit.
