Mega Recruitment

Mega Recruitment is located in Sai Colony, which is in the Gargoti area of Bhudargad taluka. We are deep in the Kolhapur district with the pin code 416. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. Our office is just a simple room in Sai Colony where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for work. We started this because there weren't many places nearby helping folks find jobs in other towns or states. The office has a few plastic chairs and a wooden table that we use for interviews. There isn't a lot of decoration on the walls, just some old posters and a clock that’s a few minutes fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to different companies and checking on applications. Outside, it’s mostly residential, so it stays fairly peaceful throughout the day. We don't have a big team or a fancy website. Most people find out about us through word of mouth in the village or neighboring areas. Sometimes the power goes out, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a very straightforward operation. We just try to help people get their paperwork in order and find a decent place to work. Being in Kolhapur, we understand the local needs and try to keep things as easy as possible for everyone who visits us.
