Meera Mai Clinic

Our clinic, Meera Mai Clinic, is located in the village of Otur, which is part of the Junnar area in the Pune district. We are situated right by the local post office, so we are quite easy to find for anyone living in the village or coming in from the nearby farms. It is a very basic setup we have here. We don't have fancy lights or a big corporate office feel. It is just a small building with a few rooms where we see our patients. Being in a rural spot like Otur, we see a lot of different people every day. Some are farmers who have been working in the fields all day, and others are families from the town. We start our mornings early because that is when people are out and about doing their chores. The clinic gets a bit dusty because of the roads nearby, so we spend a lot of time sweeping and keeping things tidy. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. It is a quiet kind of life here in Junnar. We deal with common illnesses and help people out with whatever health issues they are facing at the time. There is no big rush like in the city, but we stay busy enough. When the sun starts to set, we finish up our paperwork, lock the front door, and head home just like everyone else in the village.
