This place has a lot of history that is not just about computers. If you look at our records, you will see we have been involved in local sports for decades. We have a Karnataka Rajosthava Award from 1992 for Kho Kho. Then there were the years we were state level hockey runners-up in 1993 and volleyball runners-up in 1994 at the district level. These things are important to us and we still have the old trophies sitting in the office. It gives the place a different feel than a normal tech company. We are located in Karnataka and have been part of the community for a very long time. Our work with systems and information is what we do now, but we still remember those games. The office is a bit of a mix of old sports photos and modern computer equipment. It is not a shiny new building. It is a place that has seen a lot of years go by. We are local people through and through. We do not use corporate talk or have big meetings. We just sit at our desks and get the work done. Sometimes we talk about the old matches while we are waiting for a program to load. It is a very relaxed environment. People know us as the sports folks who also know their way around a computer. We like keeping that connection to our past in the district.
