Mechadis

Mechadis is based at Final Plot No 6, Sub Plot No 32 in the Ramtekdi Industrial Estate. This place is right in the middle of a lot of other industrial units in the Hadapsar area. It’s a large estate, and sometimes it can be tricky for people to find the exact sub plot if they haven't been here before, especially with names like Andheri Universal Industrial Estate popping up nearby on Jp Road. We have a decent-sized unit here. It’s mostly filled with our equipment and some storage racks for parts. The building is just a standard industrial shed, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story because we’re always busy with some project or another. The air is often thick with the smell of metal and oil. We’ve been part of this area for a good while now. It’s a bit of a trek from the main road, so most of us come in on bikes. The layout of the place is a bit messy, with files piled up on the one desk we have in the corner. We don't really bother with decorating or making it look like a showroom. It’s a place for work, not for sitting around. We handle a lot of different tasks throughout the week. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at once, but we manage. It’s just a regular day for us at the estate.
