Our office is located at Flat No 105 in the Kawade Building. It’s on Sno 34 in Bokaro, Jharkhand. Even though our name says Mdindia Healthcare Services Tpa Pvt Ltd Pune, this is the branch where we handle things for this region. It’s a bit confusing to some people, but we’ve got it sorted. The building is a regular apartment block, so our office feels a bit like a home. We have a few desks squeezed into the rooms and a lot of filing cabinets for all the healthcare papers we handle. Jharkhand is a different pace than the big metros, and we like that. It’s a bit more personal here. People come in to ask about their claims and we sit down with them to explain things. We don't have any fancy software to do everything automatically; it’s a lot of manual checking and double-checking. It can be tedious but it's important. The office can get a bit cramped when we have all the staff in at once, but we make it work. Sometimes we share snacks and talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. We aren't some giant faceless company when you come to Flat 105. We are just local people trying to help other local people navigate the medical system without getting too stressed out. It takes time and patience, but we keep at it every day.
