Mclin Consultancy Pvt Ltd is based in Mirajgaon, which is in the Karjat area of Ahmednagar. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city centers, but we like it that way because it's quieter. Our office is a simple place where we manage our daily consultancy work. We don't have many employees, just a small group of us who have lived in this part of Maharashtra for a long time. The office is right there in the village area, so everyone knows where we are. We spend a lot of time helping local people with their business needs and sorting out various documents. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits and ties. We dress casually and just focus on getting the work finished so we can head home. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes out here, but we manage to get things done eventually. We mostly work during the daylight hours and try to finish up before it gets too late in the evening. There isn't much to do in the immediate area except for the local shops, so we usually just bring our own lunch and eat together. It’s a straightforward way of working without any of the extra stress you find in big cities. We've been part of this community for a while now and we just keep doing our thing and helping where we can.
