Maya Food Products & Bakery

We have been running this place in Vadgaon Budruk for a while now. You can find us right on 2nd Main, specifically at F Cross in the Ramaiah Layout area of Kacharakanahalli. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but the locals know where we are. We spend most of our time in the back where the ovens are. It gets very hot, especially during the summer months. We make different kinds of breads and some biscuits that we pack in clear plastic bags. The shelves are usually a bit disorganized because we are always moving things around. There is flour on the floor and sometimes on our clothes too. It is just the way a bakery works. People come in mostly in the mornings or after they finish work in the evening. We don't have a fancy storefront with big glass windows. It is just a regular shop where we sell what we bake. We try to have everything ready by the time the sun comes up. Some days are slower than others and we just sit and talk while waiting for customers. It is a simple life and we don't have any big plans for the future. We just want to keep the ovens running and the bread fresh for the neighborhood. It is honest work and it keeps us out of trouble mostly. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people just know we are here because they live nearby or pass by on their way to the main road.
