Mavin Manpower Solution

We are based over at Padmashree House in Telco Colony, which is a pretty well-known spot in Pimpri. It is house number 42 on the street where a lot of senior officers used to stay, so the area is quite decent and organized. We have been working out of this Pune 18 location for a bit now, mostly focusing on Mavin Manpower Solution stuff. It is just a regular office setup where we spend most of our mornings looking at files and taking calls from people needing workers. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much when shifts change at the nearby factories, but inside it is mostly quiet. We don't have fancy glass walls or anything like that. It is a practical space where we get the work done. People come by asking about placements and we try to sort through the paperwork as fast as we can. Usually, there is some tea going around in the afternoon which helps when things get a bit piled up. We have a few desks and a lot of folders. Pimpri is a busy place for industry, so being right here in Telco Colony makes sense for what we do. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local place where we handle manpower needs for whoever calls. We keep things pretty simple here. Most days are just about matching people to the right spots. It is honest work and we have been at it for a while now in this neighborhood.
