Matrix Hr

Matrix Hr is based in Shaniwar Peth, which is one of those older, more crowded parts of Pune that has a lot of history. We are located in Amita App, on the second floor in Wing A, flat 201. The building is at 424/C. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes if you aren't used to the narrow streets of Shaniwar Peth, but we like being here. There are so many small shops and printers around us. We’ve been in this office for a good while. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. Matrix Hr isn't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people working out of a flat. It’s practical and it works for us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or at our computers. Shaniwar Peth is always loud with the sounds of the city, but inside the office, it’s mostly just us doing our thing. We don’t have any fancy signs or big billboards. Just a small plate on the door of F. No 201. People who need us usually find their way eventually. It’s a very traditional neighborhood, and we’ve become part of the local scenery over the years. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work every day.
