Matrix Hr is located right over at the Sinhgad Institute Of Business Administration & Computer Application in Lonavala. If you know the Pune area, you know Lonavala is a bit of a drive up into the hills. We spend our days here in the middle of the campus environment. It’s a bit different being based at an institute, but it keeps us busy with all the activity around. We handle human resources work, which basically means a lot of paperwork, talking to people about jobs, and trying to get the right folks into the right spots. Some days the office is quiet when the students are away, and other times it’s just non-stop. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s not a fancy corporate skyscraper or anything like that. Just a practical office space where we get things done. People come by mostly to talk about hiring or to drop off their details. We try to keep things straightforward. No big speeches or complicated processes, just the usual daily grind of HR. The weather in Lonavala can be nice, especially during the rains, though it makes the commute a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just show up, drink our tea, and get through the pile of resumes and requests that come across the desk. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place over the years. That’s pretty much us in a nutshell.
