Our office is tucked away at 98/2 Church Road, right behind the RSI in Ghodpadi. It’s actually at Colonel Pradhan’s place, which gives it a very different feel compared to those big glass buildings downtown. We’ve been here for a while now, and honestly, we like the quiet of the neighborhood. Being in HR means we spend most of our time talking to people and looking over resumes. There is always a lot of paperwork to sort through, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s not a huge operation. We have a few desks, some computers, and usually a stack of files that needs organizing. We don’t really do fancy mission statements or corporate speeches. We just help people find work and help companies find staff. Sometimes the traffic on Church Road gets a bit much, but once you’re inside, it’s pretty calm. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s the kind of place where you can just walk in and have a real conversation without any of that corporate jargon. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. There isn't any magic to it, just staying organized and making sure the right people get the right jobs. It’s a small, practical setup and that seems to work best for us and the people we help out around Pune.
