Matrix Hr is located in Pune, and we spend our days dealing with recruitment and people. We don't have a complicated story. We just help companies find staff and help people find jobs. The office atmosphere is pretty laid back. You’ll see us on the phone a lot or typing away at our keyboards. Pune is a big city for jobs, so there is always something happening. We get people from all walks of life calling us up. Some are fresh graduates looking for their first break, and others are older folks wanting a change. We don't pretend to be some huge international firm. We are just local people who know the Pune job market well enough to be useful. The office can get a bit messy with resumes and notes everywhere, but we know where everything is. We don't use much jargon when we talk to candidates. It’s better to be direct and honest about what’s available. Lunch breaks usually involve going to a nearby canteen or sharing food from home. It’s a very normal way to spend a workday. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just show up, try to match the right person to the right role, and go home to our families. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us.
